Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that are customized, perishable, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will contact you with an explanation and next steps.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
